Step #1 – Take one day at a time. No worrying about a day that isn’t here yet!

Step #2 – Some days will be scary. Prepare as best as possible. Remember – Keep it simple!

Step #3 – Expect to screw up. Learn from it, get better, and move on.

Step #4 – Try to learn or experience something new everyday. Be positive. Breathe.
